Started in 1970ish by Doug Woods, Betty Woods & kids.

Woodsies started as a small hobby as things to tend to do, picked up rocks soon filled every room of the house much to the appreciation of Betty Woods. The hobby grew from rock collecting to stone polishing, then setting of stones into jewellery with Chris & Cheryl Woods.

Its important to mention Woodsies would not exist without the efforts and considerable patience of many friends and people more comfortable talking with rocks than humans.
